Foodies and wine lovers were in heaven during the 30th Annual Afternoon of Epicurean Delights held recently at the Chapman House in Shell Beach. The event is a fundraiser for CAPSLO dedicated to eliminating poverty by empowering individuals and families to achieve economic self-sufficiency and self-determination through community-based programs.
