• Aug. 10: A reported case of jewelry stolen from a safety deposit at Bank of America was unfounded.
• Aug. 10: A woman on the 1200 block of Farroll was arrested for possessing weapons and narcotics following a domestic dispute.
• Aug. 8: Some bad luck charm on Nice Avenue was contacted about a burglary and was busted for being in possession of narcotics for sale, as well as a probation violation.
• Aug. 8: A woman on the 600 block of La Vista Court was arrested for a grand slam. She was suspected of driving drunk, had a child in the car, was driving on a suspended license for DUI and had an outstanding warrant. Continue reading Police Blotter: August 20–September 2, 2015

• July 28: A 4-year-old girl on Courtland was locked out of her house and her mummy dearest couldn’t be located.
• July 28: Some guy was arrested on the 1400 block of East Grand Ave., after getting into a bar brawl and resisting arrest.
• July 24: Some scumbag stole an 8-year old’s Nintendo DS and then lied about it. The whole thing was caught on surveillance cameras and Super Mario will defeat Bowser.
• July 21: Sinners spray painted graffiti on a church on the 900 block of Oak Park. That was probably the same night we had all the lightening.
• July 21: Some guy was busted for stuffing DVDs down his pants at Walmart, which is an odd place to store a DVD player.
• July 20: Someone reportedly stole items from two cars on Grace Lane. One person reported that his or her credit card was at McDonald’s; obviously the thief had a sophisticated palate. Continue reading Police Blotter: Aug. 6–19, 2015

• July 13: An arrest was made on the 700 block of Dodson for possession of narcotics, stolen property, burglary tools, tampering with a vehicle and surprisingly resisting an officer. A stolen car located on the property was returned to the rightful owner.
• July 13: Someone took off with some free cash from an ATM in the 200 block of Branch after the prior person forgot to close it out after a transaction.
• July 12: Some unlucky driver was pulled over on the 200 block of Grand for expired registration and was arrested for DUI.
• July 6: A caller reported some person had placed some sort of homemade liquid bomb device next to his or her car. The device popped and threw an unknown liquid and aluminum foil on the car.
• July 5: An arrest was made on Branch Street after some questionable character provided a false ID while with a child he claimed to have known for only two weeks. The child was turned over to Child Welfare Services when the parents couldn’t be located.

• June 23: Police found insufficient evidence to support either claim from two women who accused each other of battery that occurred some time in April.
• June 23: Some games and eight binders of Magic the Gathering playing cards were stolen from a car on Halycon Road. Someone is going to be hexed.
• June 24: Credit cards and cash were stolen from a locked video store on Ash Street. The credit cards were used at multiple locations.
• June 24: Some guy fighting who knows what in the street on the 100 block of Nevada was busted for losing the fight with sobriety.

•June 17: A caller on the 300 block of Elm Street reported that his or her car had been permanently damaged by someone kicking it.
•June 17: Some unlucky people came home to find their house being burglarized on the 600 block of Myrtle.
•June 16: Some anger management class reject was arrested on Alder Street after kicking in a door to a home.
•June 11: A caller on the 1100 block of Ash reported a wallet was stolen from inside his house. Prime suspect is a transient who had stayed at the home.
•June 11: A caller on the 1200 block of East Grand reported a jewelry store window had been smashed and items where stolen.
•June 11: A guy, who had been released from County Mental Health, was arrested after he walked into the Department of Social Services and threatened to hit anyone that he could.
