• Oct. 13: An indignant citizen called 9-1-1 at 6:52 a.m. from the 1900 block of DeVaul and said the neighbor’s car is parked up against his bumper.

• Oct. 13: Another irritated citizen in the 1300 block of Pismo called at 6:43 a.m. to complain about a noisy construction site where apparently a cement truck actually showed up early.

• Oct. 13: Burglar alarms went off at 5:16, 5:40 and 6:02 a.m. at Landis Automotive, Coast Rider Power Sports on Higuera and Sephora makeup store on Court Street. One was an equipment malfunction; the others people malfunctions.

• Oct. 13: Someone at the Damon Garcia Sports Fields called police at 5:36 a.m. to report a homeless dude camped out at the park, and not in the creek where he’s not welcome either.

• Oct. 13: Police were called at 4 a.m. to the 1300 block of Royal where a citizen said there was a Boozeheimer at her front door trying to unlock it with a key that doesn’t fit. The skulled fellow apparently gave up and was gone.

• Oct. 13: Police were called at 3:49 a.m. to the 1000 block of Foothill by some swizzle stick who said he was walking along by The Student Living apartments, and stumbled over some other apparently sobriety challenged future leader.

• Oct. 13: At 2:21 a.m., someone reported a suspicious person with a flashlight wandering around a construction site at Calle Malva and Margarita and three police units responded.

• Oct. 13: At 1:52 a.m. police were called to the 600 block of Marsh for a man suffering from alcohol poisoning at the 7-Eleven. Police turned the rummy over to paramedics. At 1:20 a.m. there was a report of a woman who was fit-shaced in the alley behind Mo Tav. She was turned over to a sober friend.

• Oct. 13: Another loud party was reported at 12:48 a.m. in the 1200 block of Bond. Logs indicated there were just six Poly students at this party and they were given a cease and de-shut up warning. Earlier, at 11:40 p.m. another loud party in the 300 block of Grand had 12 revelers and that guy was cited. And another loud party at 10:52 p.m. in the 2200 block of Santa Ynez had five Poly kids and that guy too was advised to shadd-up already. But the title this night goes to Lambda Chi Alpha in the 1200 block of Foothill, which earned a citation for a party with 25 Dean’s listers.

• Oct. 12: Police were called at 8:55 p.m. to Morro and Pismo where the caller said he hit a guy on a bicycle and while he said he’s OK, he or she wants police there to document the incident.

• Oct. 12: A man called police at 8:36 p.m. and said some creep is stalking his daughter and he just showed up at Laguna Grill on LOVR.

• Oct. 12: At 8:13 p.m. a woman in the 500 block of Higuera said she heard a loud “THUD!” and then a woman crying. They found no miss amiss.

• Oct. 12: Someone called at 8 p.m. to report a disoriented woman by the Dollar Tree Store on Madonna Road. The lady was lubricated and got nicked.

• Oct. 12: Police were called at 7:40 p.m. to the 800 block of Marsh because three hooligan juveniles were harassing the employees at Barnes & Noble.

• Oct. 12: Police were called at 7:30 p.m. to the 200 block of Higuera because some transient man had dropped off to sleep in the night deposit drop off area at Founder’s Bank.

• Oct. 12: Someone at Bed Bath & Beyond reported a shellacked transient woman was passed out in the alley by the store.

• Oct. 12: A citizen on Morro told police said his or her son was threatening suicide. Another woman on Flora said her daughter thinks her friend is suicidal.

• Oct. 12: At 5 p.m. police went to the 1100 block of Chorro to check on some mutt who was sleeping on the sidewalk outside Plutos. In an unrelated case, someone in the 700 block of Higuera reported at 4 p.m. a woman curled up and sleeping in a window box at Fanny Wrappers.

• Oct. 12: Someone found a tan, zippered pouch filled with quarters at Vons on Broad and gave it to police.

• Oct. 12: The City sprang a water leak from a utility box at Islay Hill Park.

• Oct. 12: At 2:20 p.m., someone reported a transient man at Garden and Marsh yelling and screaming and scaring the customers at Habit. In a similar call, at 1:46 p.m. at Marsh and Santa Rosa, another transient troll was under a bridge yelling at himself. And to complete the parlay, at 1:17, at the Prado Road homeless daycare center one guy was sitting outside yelling at another guy.

• Oct. 12: At noon, someone reported a fruit loop dingus jumping in and out of traffic at Madonna and Higuera.

• Oct. 12: Someone at the Madonna Road Apartments reported some guy dumpster diving, begging the old question — Can ya’ really steal trash?

• Oct. 12: Police were called at 11 a.m. to the 500 block of Higuera, for some Barney who was whizzin’ on the wall of Fred & Betty’s Thrift Store. The caveman was gone. And at 7:42 a.m. a transient man was discovered sleeping in the bathroom of Mission Nativity Pre School. That devil was exorcised from the Holy Land.
