Robbins|Reed Broke Ground on New Apartment Complex in SLO

Robbins|Reed, a local contractor and developer in SLO and Capstone Commercial Properties, Inc. a developer and owner of luxury apartment communities based in Newport Beach broke ground on Sept. 21 on a new apartment complex in SLO named Vintage at SLO. The project will have 105-units and seven three-story residential building. The site is set to include a mix of 35 studios, seven one-bedrooms and 63 two-bedroom townhomes.
