Small Business Spotlight Troesh Coleman Pacific, Landscape Products on the Central Coast

When I tell people what I do, they are surprised “you work where, you do what!” says Debralee Coleman co-owner of Troesh Coleman Pacific.  “I always knew I would work in the family business, you can say rock and sand runs in my blood,” she mentions.  Opening the landscape company almost two years ago with her husband Elijah Coleman has been good for them. She says, “I’m the skeptical one and my husband is the go getter one, I guess that is why we make a good team.”

At Troesh Coleman Pacific they are continuing the same mission that  Debralee’s brother Doug Troesh had a Troesh Supply Co. to carry the finest landscape products and offer the benefits of having a recycling facilities on site; the Coleman’s other business (RoxSand).  By all means “our yard might not be the cleanest, please don’t judge us by the dirt; after all it is a rock quarry!” says Debralee.   They have so much going on at their facility it’s actually quite interesting. The selection of products they have is pretty impressive from the mulch/bark, wide selection of boulders, flagstone, Belgard pavers, stepping stones and decorative rock.  If there is something you are looking for and don’t see it, they probably have it stored somewhere or they will try to get it for you.

The Coleman’s want to provide the community with a one stop shop from your landscape products, construction materials and now their new U-Cart system. TCP has one mission: to continually satisfy customer’s highest expectations for quality, service and integrity.  This is a mission fulfilled through years of repeat business and a commitment proudly renewed each day.

Check out their new location at 2280 Hutton Road in Nipomo off the 166 Bakersfield exit (right along the Santa Maria River, just past the old facility, follow the signs for landscape products). The hours are Monday – Friday 7 to 5 and Saturday 8 to 2 or give them a call 805-922-9993.
