Get clear on what you would like to accomplish like moving into a larger home, selling a property, downsizing, etc. At this point, it doesn’t really matter if you think it feasible. You are just clarifying what you would like to see happen.
Keep it simple. Even the largest real estate transactions can be broken down into one or two simple goals. I find people procrastinate because they begin to over-think the process.
Get help with your plan. Its easy and its free so take advantage of it! Ask a trusted real estate professional to help you create a plan tailored to what you would like to do.
