It’s time once again for the public to get a peek into the workspaces of local artists, with ARTS Obispo’s 18th Annual Open Studios Art Tour, set for two weekends, Saturdays-Sundays, Oct. 8-9 and 15-16, throughout SLO County.
The tour is free to participate in, with some 200 artists opening their studios to the public. Artworks are for sale, and patrons will enjoy interacting with the artists, seeing their studios and learning about their creative processes.
The tour includes an array of disciplines, from wood to glass, ceramic to metal, and paint to fiber art.
The studios will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on each day and readers interested in the tour can download a copy of the 64-page catelog and map of locations online at: www.artsobispo.org.
